Vincent and Elisia are wonderful! Their care and loving towards Watson was as if he was their own. They were very thorough in finding out all about Watson; what he likes, what he doesn’t. Spent time with him before having him for the weekend and kept us up to date on all the fun he was having each day. He came back happy and shattered. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy.

Vince and Elisia were absolutely fantastic on the run up to and during Ethel’s stay. The booking was last minute which didn’t allow a meet and greet but they were very reassuring and explained they had experience with the breed. Vince and I exchanged messages in the day leading up to the stay, so he had a thorough understanding of Ethel’s routine, specific needs and training she’d had and specific commands she’d follow (as a working dog). On dropping off Ethel, Vince and Elisia were great, introduced their dogs to Ethel, reconfirmed all of the things we’d discussed, ensuring I left feeling reassured that Ethel was in great capable hands. We exchanged contact numbers and I received pictures and updates every day of the stay - great communication and great hosts. Ethel came back extremely happy, and I’ll certainly use Vince and Elisia again. I’m quite laid back but If you’re unsure about leaving your pets - these really are your guys! Amazing communication and reassurance throughout the stay, they anccomodated Ethel’s schedule in around them, overall fantastic! Thanks again guys.
